Redesign My Website

I’m redesigning my website. The only tough part is I haven’t a clue how to make it happen. I do, but where do I start? I’m thinking start with templates and tweak a little. The problem is the ones on WordPress are minimal. Maybe I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ll be taking notes. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Use the contact form.
