Trends. Pantone color of the year. It’s like trying to keep traffic on pinterest. The trend reports are never wrong. As long as you post what’s on trend you’ll gain traffic. If you post your own colors and projects, it’s a long game. If you see the same color everywhere it gets old. What are trends anyway? Trends are simply built by someone, a desginer? Are they derived from nature? In the fall there are orange, brown and yellow leaves. We see those same colors in department stores. I like nature trends. The problem with trends is they go out of style.
Trends come and go. Beautiful hues will always be in style. Learn how to work with color and you’ve got gold.
