Not used to painting with purple. I do add purple to blue. Oh and I mix pink and white gouache with purple. Probably should have used white gouache for lighter tones. And still I like these purple blooms. Lavender? Lilac? Periwinkle? I’m looking up color as I write this. Today was really about painting. Nothing for the shop or a specific skill. I wanted to paint my creative blooms. I need the practice.
I redid the Creative Blooms. The bright and warm feeling makes my blooms brighter.
There are so many more flowers I need to paint. All I have is trust. Trust the process. Go with the idea. Don’t stop. Keep going. Momentum will find you.
