Good practice means you flow. You go from idea to idea. You make a mess. You let curiosity lead. You build trust…trust is the main idea of The Practice by Seth Godin. Having read that book as I explored the various ways to draw flowers would have helped. I like painting flowers, love to. The book will help me as I continue to paint. If you go for a walk or explore surface design patters there”s so many ways to draw them.
I have this two pick brush that makes petals. I keep working to replicate the bloom I painted a few days ago. I had some leftover paint and an idea.
Here I was intentionally painting. Not the results I expected.
Oh but the ideas are wonderful. This week I should practice my color schemes because abstract florals, I found my place.
