Drawing Animals With Geometric Shapes

Three rules.

1. Use any tools you want.

2. Draw from the exact shape.

3. Use these shapes to define parts.

My goal is to draw simple animals. I want to focus more on words. Let color express them.

Not excited about the dog’s body but I like the Peacock and Elephant. The Turtle looks sad and why does the Lion have a pink tie? The bird is interesting to look at. I’m intrigued with each tool having it’s own texture.

I have these skethes of animals with fun thoughts.

Simple drawing, expressive color, my font

Not bad for the first day of Creative Exploration.

Today I read You Are Loved. The middle needs a little work but the ending is amazing!
