I’ll never forget my friends. They painted the heart shaped leaves in all kinds of color and patterns. I arranged them. I want to paint with a fork more often. My Rooster is looking confident. The gingerbread house was so much fun. My Magnolia friends have a special place in my heart. The Adolfo Serra illustration class really helped me realized I can draw. These birds are beautiful. I can reference these for my collage work. That’s right working on birds tomorrow.
The just of it is that all these projects have given me wings to fly. I’m done with my 5th book. I should read it tomorrow morning. Take notes. I am so gratful to have served the students I taught this year. I am grateful for the students who taught me, who am I kidding. I learn from them and I’m still learning. They remind me that there is indeed a place for us all. That we each have a bit of magic and by magic I mean that we can make a difference.
I chose these projects because they just happened. I let my mind wander. I create.
I need to make changes. I’ll think on it and write tomorrow.
